The Appointment Setter was born out of both necessity and opportunity.
For years, financial professionals were locked into the old way of doing business: in-person meetings. The industry thrived on face-to-face interactions—and many believed remote appointments just wouldn’t work.
But even before the pandemic, Jamie had already moved to the West Coast and started testing virtual meetings. By early 2020, he had found some digital marketing success and was meeting with prospects remotely.
By reverse-engineering systems he’d used in the past, studying competitors, and testing proven digital marketing methods, Jamie built a new multichannel appointment-setting system—originally just for himself.
But there was a problem

Then COVID hit, and overnight, the industry went from handshakes to Zoom calls. Remote became the new norm, and refining the system became essential.
